The terms on which Belesthetic provides its patient concierge and facilitation service.

What we are
Belesthetic provides patient concierge and facilitation services. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not practise medicine, and we do not employ the physicians who treat you. All clinical care is provided by independently licensed hospitals and physicians who are solely responsible for it.
What we do
We assess your enquiry, refer your file to a partner hospital, obtain a treatment proposal, coordinate scheduling, transfers, accommodation and interpretation, and provide a point of contact before, during and after your treatment.
Fees
Our service is provided to you at no charge. You contract directly with the treating hospital and pay it directly. Belesthetic is remunerated by its hospital partner. This arrangement is disclosed to you here and does not alter the hospital's or physician's independent clinical responsibility toward you.
Quotations
Prices shown on this website are indicative and do not constitute an offer. A binding quotation is issued in writing only after a physician has reviewed your medical file. Quotations may be revised if the medical facts you provided prove materially inaccurate or incomplete.
Your obligations
You must disclose your medical history, medication and previous procedures accurately and completely. Withholding relevant medical information may make treatment unsafe, may void the treating hospital's undertakings, and is your responsibility.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before treatment. Amounts already paid to the hospital are refundable in accordance with that hospital's own terms, which are provided to you before you pay. We do not hold your treatment funds.
Limitation of liability
We are liable for the coordination services we provide. We are not liable for the clinical outcome of your treatment, which is the responsibility of the treating hospital and physician, nor for flight disruption, visa refusal or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by Belgian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall to the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection to which you are entitled where you live.
